    Registration for Exhibition Stall/Sponsorship

    EXPO-CHASCON 2025 welcomes Faculty, Scientists, Industry Leaders, Start-ups, Entrepreneurs, Research Scholars and Students to showcase their achievements, latest equipment, new products and services essential for scientific pursuits. This is an opportunity to showcase your institute profile, share important developments in your organization with the wide range of audience and attract potential collaborations. The EXPO - CHASCON 2025 being a National conference will provide you a platform to gain visibility, create awareness, enhanced marketing and networking.

    Sponsorship

    1. PLATNIUM SPONSORSHIP: Rs. 75,000/- plus GST @18%
      It will includes Company Logo on Banner, 3 minutes Talk time, Stall Space, one Page advertisement in Souvenir, Registration for two Persons.
    2. GOLD SPONSORSHIP: Rs. 60,000/- plus GST @18%
      It will include Company Logo on Banner, Stall space, one Page advertisement in Souvenir and Registration for one Person.
    3. SILVER SPONSORSHIP: Rs.40,000/- plus GST @18%
      It will includes Company Logo on Banner, Stall space, Registration for one Person

    Exhibition Stall

    1. For Industry: Rs. 30,000/-
    2. CRIKC and other institutions: Rs.20,000/-
    3. Panjab University Departments: Rs. 5,000/-
     
    GST @18% extra for non Panjab University participants.


    Sponsorship towards CHASCON-2025 is covered under GST Act and needs compliance as per provisions of Reverse Charge Mechanism (RCM). Accordingly the sponsor will pay 18% GST directly and only pay the sponsorship amount to the account mentioned in the form.

    Other Details

    1. Exhibition venue is Panjab University.
    2. A stall of 10 feet X 10 feet will be made available for November 06, 2025. You can specify your special space requirements if any.
    3. You will depute your organization representative who will showcase, manage and explain the exhibits in your stall.
    4. We will provide the necessary electrical connections, basic furniture etc.
    5. Your registration will be confirmed on payment of fee.
